| Circuit Training
For current schedule click here Circuit Training is a great way to build up fitness, because it:
Circuit Training consists of a number of different exercises done at various points around a room. An exercise is done for a fixed time (e.g. 40 seconds), after which, you move around the room (“circuit”) to the next exercise and do that for the fixed time, and so on until all exercises have been done. This type of routine is known as “Circuit Training” and is regarded as being very effective. Swimmers, runners, cyclists, tennis players, gardeners and others who enjoy an active lifestyle can find that Circuit Training complements their main activity. For this reason, Circuit Training is a good “cross training” activity as well as being an excellent exercise regime in its own right. |

Andy’s sessions are suitable for adults (16+) of all ages and abilities. They're friendly and relaxed - and you can come on your own. There's no need to be self conscious and there are no complicated moves. You work at your own pace and sessions are structured to allow for each individual to maintain or improve their fitness level. The exercises burn fat and strengthen and tone muscles. Interest is maintained as the routines are varied. Classes are continuous throughout the year and there's easy parking at all venues. As far as what to wear ......comfortable clothing and trainers are fine. Click here to find out more about Cross Training |
